I was expecting her to be a Mary Sue and a damsel in distress, but she is a very sensibly carved out character. I know the writers put her in trouble a lot, but she always tries to fight back. She makes for a strong female lead, imo. But, she is also kind of dull. So, I am always on the fence about her. posted 一年多以前.

Elena is always fighting back and I mean if she was such the damsel she wouldn't have gone to Katherine in 2x09.
