Nothink happend I guess. I think "blood sharing" is personal, what means that one vampire must be willing to drink, and the other will willingly give his/her blood, like Damon & Elena. Katherine didn't want to give Michael her blood, he just took it. I think it's classic feeding (even if it's on vampire), not blood sharing.
