50,000 simoleons: shift+C+ motherlode
all houses free: shift+C+freerealestate

If u r playing The Sims3 then u should focus in one family and if you,d like to play another one 你 should not (start new game) but go to (edit Town) and then switch (change Current Household) and choose another family 或者 create new one. The traits!! 你 are free to choose but in my opinion if u want successful family life : Family Oriented Friendly , Good Sense of Humor , Neat , Good... are the best traits especially for women Sims. Avoiding Mean,Hot Head , Grumpy which may crashes the relation Ships , and also Flirty traits which mights lead for jealousy... have fun

idk if 你 use the money cheat but that makes the game not fun. Always pursue their life goals and their big lifetime wish. It will make the game 更多 fun for you. I always build this big house and I make a family and start them out in a house they can afford. Keep working and do other ways to earn money so 你 can buy that big house 你 built!
