I heard the knock two times, and figured that it was just the wind, making a 树 branch blow and hit my window. I flipped through the channels, and turned on My Cousin Vinny. As the knocking grew faster, I knew that it wasn't the wind. I got myself out of bed, and threw the remote on my pillow. I walked over to the window, and pulled on the small, rusty latch. When I finally managed to pull the latch out, I slowly opened my window. "Two-Bit?" I asked in a confused voice. I was kneeling 由 the window, and my room was on the first floor, so Two-Bit and I were eye-level. I looked at Two-Bit's blue sparkling eyes, and he looked into mine. Why was he at my house at 3:00 in the morning? "Hey Mary. Can I come in?" I nodded and helped him through the window. My parents were on vacation, so I didn't have to worry about Two-Bit being his loud and usual self. I grabbed his arm, and pulled him in. When he was in, I shut the window, and locked it. Two-Bit sat on my bed, 表演 like it was normal for someone to come over this late. I sat down 下一个 to him. "Your probably wondering why I'm over here." He 说 quietly. "Yeah, kinda." I replied, and we both laughed a little. "Well, remember when I told 你 that I was dating Marcia?" He 说 slowly. "Yeah." I replied, not knowing what he was going to say next. "Well, when I got to my house, I saw her with another guy. In my bed. I didn't know where to come, so I came here." I gasped, and reached over to give him a hug. "I'm sorry, Two." I 说 quietly. "It's okay." Two-Bit whispered into my ear. The hug lasted a good 3 minutes, and when we pulled away, I realized something strange. Two-Bit was crying.I have been 老友记 with Two-Bit since third grade, and have never seen him cry before. He looked away, and wiped his tears, hoping that I wouldn't see him crying. Since I knew that he didn't want me to see him cry, I looked away and pretended not to notice. I "watched" the T.V, until I realized that a pair of blue eyes were staring at me. My focus left the T.V, and we're now on Two-Bit. He smiled a little, but I could still see the anger and hurt in his eyes. I smiled back, and knew that I had to think of something that would get his mind off of what he saw earlier in his bedroom. "Let's go make some cake!" I exclaimed and grabbed his arm. I ran down the stairs, and he followed right behind me. When we got to the kitchen, Two-Bit went into the closet, and grabbed two aprons. He grabbed the blue one for himself, and tossed the 橙子, 橙色 one at me. Two-Bit knew where everything was in my house, considering the amount of times that he comes over. When we got our aprons on, we walked over to the fridge to get the ingredients out. Two-Bit grabbed the things from the fridge, and handed them to me. "Eggs, Milk, Butter." He 说 as he pulled out each ingredient. When all of the ingredients were out, I ran over to the cabinets and grabbed a bowl and a wooden spoon. "Don't tell Steve about us making 浓情巧克力 cake." Two-Bit 说 jokingly. We both laughed and began to make the cake batter. When all of the ingredients were in the bowl, I began to mix it up. "Woah, woah, woah. Mary, your doing it all wrong." I looked up at him, and he grabbed the spoon from my grasp. "This is how 你 do it." He 说 as he flicked some cake batter at my face. He began laughing so hard, that he fell to the floor. I wiped the 浓情巧克力 off of my face, and licked each finger. "No, no, no Two-Bit. It's like this." I 说 as I cupped some of the batter in my hands, and dropped it on Two-Bit's face. His jaw dropped open, and he grabbed my leg, making me fall to the ground. We were both covered in 浓情巧克力 cake mix, and we're laughing. "Look what 你 did, Mary!! 你 better clean it up!" He gasped. I gave him a 'your helping me clean this up' face.
