Is Cheezi from the lion guard related to Ed in someway?

He looks an awful lot like him.

They may look and act the same in some way. But since The Lion Guard isn't officially canon to the original film. It's doubtful that they are. Hence, The Lion Guard has a whole different story line.

2 Cheezi is a recreated version of Ed.

It is also unlikely 由 these two reasons.

1 the Lion guard isn't canon to the regular films.

2 Ed doesn't have a mate.
