The goddesses' design?

In Ocarina of Time we all know the Hylian on 最佳, 返回页首 of a shop's roof looking around furiously speaks something about 'Hylians having long ears to hear the voices of the gods'. Well I want to draw something to your attention. In the end of Twilight Princess before Midna says goodbye, Zelda's braids are lifted from the sudden gust of wind that only seemed to effect her. I have a theory that this "wind" was the goddesses whispering to Zelda their 设计 of how they wished the two realms to meet. Does anyone else think this is a possibility to be discussed? This sheds new light on Zelda's abilities and favor of the goddesses.
