What's the big deal with President Coin?

I don't get why she and Katniss hate each other so much.

Katniss isn't lazy. she can be rude, but people sorta deserve it.

First of all, Katniss never particularly liked President Coin, so she considered Katniss as a threat. That she would be the face of the rebellion against HER. And also, towards the end of Mocking 松鸦, 杰伊, 杰伊 · Katniss finds out that Coin indirectly, but all the same, killed Prim Rose, which is what inspired her to kill her.
