嘿 guys, Amph here with some new information about our new demigods. Now that we are in the final 月 before the book is released information is going to be released/leaked like crazy. I'll try my hardest to get it to 你 in a timely fashion. So, on a different spot I get onto, someone (11evan11) had 发布 a link to a website for teachers to preorder The 迷失 Hero (link) As I scanned the page I found a box with information on R.R.'s characters. This is what I found.

Jason

Age:Unknown (he can't remember his past)

Likes:A coin that flips into a sword, speaking Latin, basketball, and flying

Dislikes:Amnesia

Leo

Age: 16

Likes: Tools, machines, fire, flying bronze dragons, girls, amd hot chocolate

Dislikes: Curses, painful memories, foster homes, organic life forms.

Piper

Age: 15

Likes: Jason, faded jeans, hiking boots,old snowboarding jacket, Helen of Troy's parazonium (dagger)

Dislikes: Beauty Queens, nightmares, boarding school, being the daughter of a movie star.

So, who's ready for a discussion.

HecateA Her dad's a movie star!!!! It fits in with Peitho! An actor is supposed to be CONVINCING. Ahh... Damn Jason speaks latin! Leo doesn't like foster homes? He's lived in some then. Does that mean his mom is d-e-a-d? Aww. Poor kid... She could be a demigod (it'd explained why Leo has features like most children of Hermes), or she died defending her demigod-kid... So sad :(... Thanks so much for posting! The sad smiley isn't because I don't like it.

redhawks I still can't believe her dad is a movie star! Who still thinks her dad is a demi-god cause I do! Just wondering. For Leo's thing I thought it was intersting that they put curses as a dislike. What do u guys think bout that?

Riptide Cool!! I'm deffinately going to start trying to dig up new info on the book like crazy now, especially since what you said is totally true, most books have info leaked the month before they are released

Amphitrite Hecate, Leo's mom may be d-e-a-d, but R.R. tends to write about kids who have problems that readers can relate to (i.e. Percy's dad was absent and Carter and Sadie are bi-racial.) I don't know about where you live, but a lot of kids in my area have parents that are really bad, in jail, or mentally or physically unable to care for their children. Those kids end up in the foster care system, and are tossed around it like a beach ball moving from family to family. I have friends and a few family members (cousins and second cousins) who have been in foster care, and I can tell you, I don't blame Leo one bit for disliking them. Most foster homes are horrible. Anyway, redhawks, I still believe that Piper's dad is a demigod, I don't know why but it just fits. Yes, Riptide, the facts just start popping up all over the place! It's amazing, but it always seems to happen.

HecateA ^ I guess you're right. Either way, kid's had a rough time... I think so too. I think Leo's mom might be a daughter of Hermes (the features?)

Amphitrite They do. I knew this one kid who was in a wheel chair and all of his muscles were deteriorating. His parents couldn't take care of him and so he was put in the system. They couldn't find the poor kid a foster family so he went to a state run boys home...I heard his parents got him back, though, after they went to classes...If anything is worse than a foster home it would probably be the government run facilities. That would be weird! What if all three of our new demigods were the product of a god and a demigod! That would be very interesting!

RickJackson98 wait I can't remeber who but someone said on the second camp half-blood series forum that hera needed jason piper and leo to get her powers back because they weren't working or something wouldn't say how jason survived the lightning I mean shes the quenn of the gods in the battle of the labyrinth she makes an arrow go the right way for percy (which is alot to say seening as its percy)so she could persuade zeus to help him survive lightning or zeus done it himself because he knew they'd help his wife or hera just done it herself

redhawks Wow........... I don't like all this talk on how bad foster care homes are. That is a very plausable theory on Leo. A lot of people think that he is a son of Hephastuas but I have heard some people say Hermes. So..... maybe he is a son of Hephastus and his Grandfather is Hermes.(as the Kyri would say the very hot guy :) Ya Rick it was Amph. I think or RoHeHa. One of the smart peoples. But I don't think Zeus cares enough about Hera(no offense Zeus) to helo Jason.

redhawks Ya I know. But still. Ok before I get onto matters at hand I was just wondering if any of you guys could read my fan fic on the club Annebeth Chase Fan Ficitons. The first one is called The Fight Between the Naukamra Twins Chapter 1-2 and I just uploaded chapters 3-4. I want all of your honest opions. Now on to matters at hand. I agree Amph. that is just seems right that we have Piper being a daughter of a god and demigod. I don't know why but I just have a feeling in my gut. Sorry this comment was more on fan ficionts but I really want to try to get everyone to read it and I didn't know wherelse to put it. REALLY SORRY. Dont get mad at me.

Amphitrite Haha! redhawks, yeah that's what Kyri would say, and then she'd drool a little bit. Anyway, I know that everybody doesn't want to talk about it, but Foster homes are terrible. I'm sure that, even with her powers limited, that she could've saved Jason from the lightning. I don't know about her persuading Zeus, though, because if her powers are restricted its probably Zeus' doing. You know how he loves to punish people, wife or not. Again, redhawks, I'm going to head over and read your new chapters, and I don't mind that your post was about fan fic. And I can't fight the feeling that Mr. Piper is a demigod. P.S. No one is smarter than anyone else, its just that we all have our expertise in certain subjects, mine is Mythology and history in general. Don't give me a math question though or ask me to read something I'll toil over it for ages before I get the right answer...the exception being geometry, I like geometry.

HecateA ^ Amph is right! And I suck at math too! Hey, I just realised Percy speaks Latin! Remember in Lightning Thief when he randomly says "eat my pants" to a fury in Latin ??? OMG maybe he's a son of Neptune and the real prophecy hasn't been achieved yet :O Maybe Leo will die! :O (I've already decided Leo is epic, that's weird... I figured I'm the first person on fanpop to have his face as an Icon too (first on the spot I believe, and most already-fans of HoO are on this spot) I'm going to make him a spot after I read the book. I'll go work on a banner right now! Wow, I'm getting ahead of myself... Like Kyri! (except not in the same way whatsoever and OMG this is spam! Maybe it'll attract Roheha!)

Well, actully you are smarter just by the means of you are older then most of us, I think.(i hope that makes sense because wrighting is not my strong suite. Reading it, well now that's a completely different story. I have the reading level of a college student.) No, that can't be right because if I recall right. Percy spoke Ancient Greece which is different then Latin. Latin is the ROMAN LANGUGE where as ancient greek is the GREECE langueage.( o and as u can prob. tell i'm not so good at spelling either. Actully we were having a mini-spelling bee in each class to see who would be in it and I got out on solider.....

HecateA No, after the bus explodes he goes "eat my pants!" and then "'m not sure where the latin came from"... Maybe it was a one-time thing since Poseidon's gotta speak latin. (random note, how many languages do you think the gods speak?) Or maybe it'd just "Brunner's" course that's all coming back. Maybe math can do that during my test!

redhawks Erghhhha..... You were right I just looked it up and I qoute, "[i]Braccas meas vescimini![/i]"I yelled. I wasn't sure where the Latin came from. I think it meant eat my pants. I wonder why he knew it. I thought that Mr.Brunner only taught him Ancient Greek. But,I have the worst memory possiable so you could be right.

I'm getting kind of ticked off repeating the same anti Jason-is-a-son-of-Zeus arguments all over the spot, so from now on, I'll just direct people to this article.

Why do people think he's a son of Zeus?
1) He flies
2) He survived a lightning strike strong enough to kill 20 men
3) Jason's sword
4) He's supposed to be "important"

Now those four things have very reasonable and scientific explanations. Okay, maybe not, but they are explanations.

1) OMGs, the kid flies!
Flying in Greek mythology isn't that odd. 马 do it, 超能英雄 do it, gods do it, sacred animals...

CHAPTER TEN

Eve lunged at me. But Percy blocked me with his sword as I summoned mine.
"Carter!" I said, "Janie, get out your swords already!"
Carter nodded, Janie was still.
Eve had back up though. Great. Just Great.
We were all busy, but I ran right at her. She turned and slashed her sword across my face. I screached in pain and fell backwards.
"Shows you," she muttered.
Percy looked at me for about a second, but he had to turn back. Though he couldn't get hurt...
I hadn't noticed until now, but Eve's little "army" were just dead dudes. Within minutes, they were dead...again...
Percy looked at me....

I sat on my new bunk. I had the top. I shared this 舱, 小木屋 with 16 other girls. Perfect.
Perfume makes me sneeze. What a joy! Now I'm stuck with a bunch of fruit-flavored siblings I really didn't want.
