This is essentially Amphitrite's "What's your name again?" article, only my take on it. And instead of doing a little history on a lot of names, I am doing a lot of history on one name.
And the name is Clovis.
I know, I know, this is not who 你 were expecting. I know that 你 were expecting some big names, however, this is something that I found interesting. For those of 你 who either have a bad memory 或者 didn't actually read the book (I feel sorry for 你 in both cases), Clovis was a son of the God of Sleep. Essentially, all Clovis did in the entire book was sleep and get made fun of. However, a little research has shown that if RR was actually dropping a hint in the nameing of Clovis, he might be important. There are several kings 由 the name of Clovis, however the one I think is the most interesting and most likely to be what Clovis will do in this series is King Clovis I of Gaul.
King Clovis did many things to get remembered. He was the king of Gual (modern 日 France)The thing that brought him the most fame (and a spot in my school's history textbook) was the fact that he converted to Christianity. He was one of the first of the barbarians (groups of people who did not speak Latin, the language of Rome, in the ancient time before the Roman empire fell.) to convert.
Now, I am not saying that the people are going to convert to another religion, because that would be crazy. However, I am not done yet. Not 由 a long shot.
King Clovis united all of Gaul. Now, I know what 你 are thinking, 你 are thinking that he (CHB Clovis) might help bring together the two camps. Well, that is not the full story. I am not going to go into details on how he united all of Gaul (through treachery and betrayal, along with a strong military), but what I am going to say is something he did to a vast empire in Europe. King Clovis severely weakened the Roman Empire . He defeated the last Roman official in Gaul. In doing so, he made the ever slimming area where the Roman Empire had some power even smaller.
So, Clovis could potentially unite the two camps, 或者 weaken the Roman camp. But then again, he would have to wake up to do that, and what are the odds of that?

Heeeyyy!!! Okay so we all no Percy's Pegasus, Blackjack, right? And I'm guessing everyone that's 阅读 this thinks that Blackjack is a boy, right? Well, when I was rereading the PJO series I came across something interesting.
So when Percy found Blackjack "he" was being kept on Luke's ship. Well what I noticed was that at first, Percy kept referring to Blackjack as a she and her...
Weird, huh? 'cause in all the 图书 after that, Percy refers to Blackjack as a he. So, now, I'm kinda confused to what gender Blackjack is....
Hope yah liked it:)
