Shorts with tights, is it cool 或者 not? I'm totally undecided and would appreciate advice?

I've worn them together before... I think 你 just have to make sure the colours work well together and also the whole outfit needs to match.

It's a good idea for when 你 want to wear shorts and it's a bit chilly 或者 if your school dress code prohibits short shorts. It doesn't look that bad if done well, but I'd rather wear shorts with over-the-knee socks 或者 nothing at all.

i never wore them together but there is a certain way 2 wear them they have 2 b booty shorts with either striped 或者 neon tights (at least in my style) :)
