the 1st time i watch most of them i freak myself out. espesialy when i watched season1 with my friend, every little noise in the house was serously scarry!!!!

Well freaked out isn't exactly the same as scared. None of the episodes scare me besides the clown one a little, but there's definitely a shock value to some of the episodes. Plus, I can't stand the sight of blood, so that always freaks me out. But if you mean does Supernatural scare us, then I'd say no.

I have gotten grossed out not freaked out really. There have been some episodes where I was preparing myself for something to jump out and it didn't happen. Like when Dean got right in the Scarecrows face I was freaking out thinking the thing was gonna like grab him, but it didn't happen thank god.
