It's from the beginning of Season 7 Episode 3 "The Girl 下一个 Door." This episode was actually directed 由 Jensen. Interesting tidbit...the picture I added is Dean at the end of 7X2, "Hello Cruel World" as he's being transported to the ER. Must've been a tough 救护车 ride! :)
