Well, they do have alot of merchandice... but yes, there are actually 图书 你 can read, the novels that is. However they can sometimes be a challenge to find...

There are about 5 或者 6 邪恶力量 novels out. I've read two: Witch's Canyon and Nevermore; they're ok. What's really cool are the comic 图书 which are a prequel to the show. If that's your sort of thing I'd definitely check those out.
