嘿 Guys just here to tell 你 that it's not your fault and 你 can do something about it, I know that it can be hard to speak out and that sometimes there is a large pool of hurt but there is people that 你 can turn to for help.

There is a common misconception that there is nothing that 你 can do... 你 can and don't let anything tell 你 otherwise.

I know what it is like and I know how bad it feels, please, please, please no matter what he/she has done to 你 talk to someone that 你 know well and can trust, becasue if 你 just leave it to bottle up on the insde, because it is not worth the pain and the 心 ache that follows.

try to talk to your counciler if 你 have one because they can help 你 throuth it too.
