I had came 首页 yesterday and slept most of the time. Who knew being shot so many times took so much out of you?
Today was a new day. And I start back school today. I was really nervous and scared. I was scared to walk down the halls. Scared that the nightmares would turn up again. I had nightmares about what happen. It's scary when 你 are standing there and looking at yourself. I watched myself get shot three times and I had this dream 更多 than once. So I knew what I should have done to prevent the situtation from getting worse.
Mattie do 你 need help? Sam asked.
Yeah. I 说 meekly.
Okay what do 你 want me to do? He asked.
Umm I don't know. I'm not even sure where my backpack is at. I said.
Right here, they called Billy about yesterday. He said.
Oh okay. I said.
You're going to be fine. He can't get you; he's gone. He said.

Jacob will be here soon to pick 你 up. He said.

There's the hero that saved my life. Jake 说 as he busted through the door.
Jake! I didn't save your life. I'm the one who told 你 to run andthen 你 got shot. I could have gotten 你 killed. I said.
你 are a hero! 你 saved three people's lives. And 你 stopped the bad guy. Jake said.
Let's not get into this right now. I said.
Good idea. Jake take care of her for me. Sam said.
Will do. Jake 说 as he grabbed Mattie's backpack.

Bye Mattie. He said.
Jacob opened my door for me and sat my backpack down in the floor of his Rabbit car. 或者 whatever kind it was.
你 excited about going back? Jake asked as he got in.
Not really. I said.
Are 你 scared about the flashbacks and stuff? He asked.
Oh yes, terrified. I said.
Me too. He said.
We walked into school and everyone stood in the halls. They looked at Jake and I and started clapping. Jake started clapping with them. I could feel myself blushing. As everyone clapped I could feel myself smiling. I didn't know so many people knew about me.
Thanks for getting my backpack but I can carry it. I think. I 说 to Jake.

No. I'm not going to be able to ge around this school 由 myself. I can't carry my backpack full of 图书 and if I did. I would drop this stupid crutch and then I would fall downtrying to pick it up. I can't wait ti my arm will be out of this sling. I said.
Look I promised Sam that I would take care of 你 and well it's the least I can do. Jake said.
"Jacob! 你 don't have to do it because 你 think I'm a hero-"
But 你 are a hero! Jake said.
But 你 don't owe me! I had to do something. I couldn't sit there. I said.

No, I slept all 日 yesterday. I said.
Yeah he called me last night. He said.

Right, he asked how 你 were doing. I responded with "she got shot three times, but she's fine.". He's worried about you. Bad. He said.
Oh I didn't know he would be worried. I said.

I thought he would meet some blonde chick and forget about me. I said.

We walked down the halls and the nightmare came to life.
Jake and I shivered at the same time. We stood there for a second. Both looking at where we layer, half alive. It was scary.
Jake, Mattie, are 你 two okay? The principle asked.
Um yeah. Jake stuttered.
Okay. 你 better get to class before you're super late. He said.
Okay. Jake said.
The principle walked the other way and Jacob start walking the other way.

Jake walked me to class and to my 座位 because I couldn't carry my stupid backpack that was heavy as all get out.
This was going to be a tough day.
