 Sadaris woke up to a soft knocking at her cell-like room. She slowly opened her eyes. 
 "Yes? Who is it?" she called out. She sat up, rubbing her head. 
 A familiar metallic hand opened the door. "Yxari, dear?"
 The young woman just backed up against a wall. 'Please don't be her, please don't be her...!' she thought. Her fears were confirmed when the door fully opened, revealing the gypsy.

 Even through the bars, he could tell she was fragile. She was obviously underfed, but not to the point of emaciation*. She was so much shorter than him, that she had to look straight up to stare him in the eye.** He already felt like asking questions, just to get in her hair, and he did.
