Well CeCe's reputation is mischevious and a wild child. So try to act like ur extremely cool and be sarcastic and a smart alec, too. If 你 want to look like her, she shops at Wet Seal, Forever 21, and more. I usually where and hang-off-the-shoulder 衬衫 with a muscle 衬衫 under it and skinny jeans if I want to look like her. Just act like ur extremely cool, copy the fashions I just told 你 about, and your good to go :)
