I'ts 12:00 midnight. I have been sitting here, thinking. There is a blue light barreling toward me, it must be Sonic. The blue hedgehog stops in front of me. "What are 你 going to be for 万圣节前夕 Shadow?" he asked. I raised an eyebrow. "What do 你 mean?" I asked.

Sonic looked confused. "You dont know what 万圣节前夕 is Shadow?" he asked. "Not one clue" I answered.

"Its when 你 go around to peoples houses-" "You mean like a break-in right?" I asked hopefully. Sonic pointed to the bag he was holding in his hand.

"No silly, it's called Trick-or-Treating." Sonic replied. "Why dont we break in though?" I offered.

Sonic was growing angry. "Shadow 你 put on a costume, 你 go around to people's houses, 你 say Trick-or-Treat, and they give 你 candy" he said. Then he reached into his bag and pulled out a little object. "This is candy" he said.

He handed it to me. I stared at it. "Eat it Shadow" Sonic urged. I popped the 糖果 into my mouth and chewed.

"Mmmm...what is this sensation I'm feeling?" I asked Sonic. "Its called sweetness" 说 Sonic.
"Sweetness" I repeated. "This reminds me of what it felt like to get a hug from Maria".

"Theres even 更多 than where that came from" 说 Sonic. "Tails is having a 万圣节前夕 party at his place, then were gonna get into teams and go Trick-or-Treating".

"Ok i'll go!" I said. Sonic frowned. "But 你 have no costume" he said. "Where can I get one?" I asked.

"At a 万圣节前夕 store, duh, 或者 we can get the guys to fork over some of their old costumes for you" 说 Sonic. "Lets go and see" I said.

Sonic laughed. Then he sped away. I followed him until we reached Knuckle's place. "Yo Knux!" 说 Sonic, opening the door.

Knuckles turned around. "Sonic!" he yelled. "Knuckles, can 你 give Shadow youre 万圣节前夕 costume from last year?" asked Sonic.

"Sure" 说 Knuckles. He pulled out a bat girl suit. "Oh...I forgot, 你 were Rouge last year" 说 Sonic.

Knuckles shoved the costume at me. "No thanks" I said. "Suit youreself" 说 Knuckles. "But since 你 guys came, and Shadow's scary enough already, heres some candy".

Me and Sonic smiled. We then left to see Tails. The party was alredy going on,so we had to sneak through the back so noone would make fun of me for not having a costume.

"Tails" Sonic whispered. Tails walked to the back door. "Hi Sonic" he said. When he spotted me, he started laughing. Everyone walked over to Tails.

They spotted me too. But before they could laugh their heads off, Cream walked up to me and gave me a cape. I smiled at her.

Rouge gave me her vampire fangs. Amy and Cosmo used face paint to make my face white. Knuckles lent me his bat-girl wings.

Sonic even donated his 糖果 bucket. Tails gave me a vampire mask. Finally, Vanilla fixed me up 由 using white hair spray.

I thanked everyone for their donations. They all pulled me inside. Tails stood up on 最佳, 返回页首 of his table. "This year, Shadow has the best 万圣节前夕 costume" he announced. Everyone gave me hugs, shook hands with me, and congragulated me.

It was one of the best days of my life. After the party, I got into a team with Sonic, Cream, and Cheese. We all got a bunch of 糖果 and we stayed up all night.
