Flickerflame AU where, while Sam and Dean both believe Jess died, she actually survived. On a hunt a few years later, Sam sees her again. They both go to confront her. Sam and Jess then that they don't really know each other that well, since he never told her he was a hunter and she was obviously supernatural to have survived the fire.
