The 100 Recap – After the Bomb: Season 2 Episode 13 “Resurrection”

Tonight on the CW The 100 returns with an all new Wednesday February 18, season 2 episode 13 called

and we have your weekly recap below for you. On tonight’s episode, Lexa’s leadership decisions are questioned by Clarke [Eliza Taylor]. Meanwhile, Abby [Paige Turco] struggles to help an injured Kane.

On the last episode, tensions between Clarke (Eliza Taylor) and Abby (Paige Turco) came to a head after Clarke crossed the line. Raven (Lindsey Morgan) helped Bellamy (Bob Morley) navigate Mount Weather. Jaha (Isaiah Washington) and Murphy (guest star Richard Harmon) encountered a stranger who may not be what she seemed. Octavia (Marie Avgeropoulos) was prepared to fight for someone she loves. Meanwhile, things reach a breaking point at Mount Weather. Christopher Larkin, Ricky Whittle and Henry Ian Cusick also star. “Clarke (Eliza Taylor) begins to question Lexa’s (guest star Alycia Debnam Carey) leadership decisions. Abby (Paige Turco) struggles to help an injured Kane (Henry Ian Cusick). Indra (guest star Adina Porter) continues to push Octavia (Marie Avgeropoulos). Meanwhile, at Mount Weather, Jasper (Devon Bostick) steps up into the role of leader, and Cage (guest star Johnny Whitworth) throws Maya (guest star Eve Harlow) into a life threatening situation. Isaiah Washington, Bob Morley, Christopher Larkin and Ricky Whittle also star. Dean White directed the episode written by Bruce Miller”

#The100 starts with Clarke looking at the ashes. She sees a white horse running at her with it’s tail on fire. She sees burning people fall. Lexa pulls her back and says no. She tells Clarke that if Mt Weather sees them there, they’ll strike again. She says victory stands on the back of sacrifice. Clarke says she wants all the mountain men dead. In TonDC, Abby does triage and treats grounders who are burned but alive. Nyko tells her they have to only save those that can be saved. Abby tells the woman she’s sorry as she passes on.

Octavia tells Lincoln that it’s not stable as he tries to work someone loose. Lincoln finds Indra below some rubble and he pulls her out. She calls him reaper and says to put her her down then staggers to her feet. A sniper starts firing at them and Clarke says it’s the spotter. She says he’s alone and Lexa says he’s there to make sure they’re dead. Clarke says she’s going to kill him so he can’t tell Mt Weather anything. The shots continue while the wounded grounders take cover.

Nyko tells Lincoln he has to stop Indra’s bleeding but she doesn’t want to let him help her. Another grounder is shot down by the sniper. One grounder wants to use Octavia to draw ire and he says she’s the bringer of death. Abby finds some survivors deep down in what looks like a subway remnant. Kane is down there. He reaches for something to try and make some noise. At Mt Weather, Jasper bashes a fire case to get an ax and the kids are building barricades and trying to arm themselves.

Jasper takes over and Fox bashes the interior cameras. Monty is hacking the hall cameras to watch them. They bust the door locks to keep the mountain men out. Monty says they’ll hold them off as long as they have to. Abby climbs down into the rubble as the sniper fires closer to her. Lincoln runs to help move survivors. Nyko says they can’t move Indra and Lincoln says he’s going for the shooter. He tells her to stay with Nyko and help. He takes off and Octavia applies pressure to Indra’s wounds.

Indra says she’s her second and must save the village. She tells Octavia to make the other seconds follow her. The others tell Octavia there’s nothing to do until the sniper is down. The kids hear an explosion and Monty says they’re coming. Fox says they’re not ready but Jasper reassures her. Jasper says they can’t kill them and then Jasper says some of them aren’t in hazmat suits which means they’re cured. They get ready to blow the door and the kids get ready.

They have built a barricade of stuff but the mountain men throw smoke grenades over it and use grappling hooks to take it down. The kids are knocked out and lying around. Then the kids pop up and start hand to hand combat with all the makeshift weapons. The guard calls for a retreat as his men go down. They run back out and the kids cheer. They took Fox and Jasper wants to run for her but they hold him back.

One of the guys in the hazmat suit is coughing and Jasper comes at them with an ax and hacks their back open. They stop moving. Abby hears a sound and goes towards it. She climbs down into the rubble and sees Kane reaching for her. She tells him it’s okay. He says it’s his leg and she looks. He’s pinned beneath a large hunk of metal. She says he’s not bleeding badly and asks if he can move his toes. He can and she says nothing permanent was damaged and says he’s lucky.

Abby says she’s going to get him out. She tries to lift the metal. But can’t get it. He says he’s not that lucky and says the screaming could be Clarke. She says she won’t leave him. They drag Fox into a room of drained kids. She screams. She tries to run for it and a guard is there but he shoots the other two. It’s Bellamy and she hugs him. Maya says they have to get her someplace safe and they leave the room. Maya finds her dad in their quarters. He’s shocked to see the kids.

She says they need a safe place to stay. Maya asks to explain and she says she’s doing what mom would have done. Maya says her dad will help. She says her mom refused the treatments because they don’t believe in using outside blood. She says her mom died on her principles. Her dad says they’ll kill her if they’re caught. Fox says they’re killing them and her dad says just for one night and just this once. Maya takes Fox to her room and Bellamy thanks him.

Maya’s dad tells Bellamy they’ll never stop. Clarke and Lexa creep toward the sniper. Lexa says she feels her anger and says she needs to focus. She tells Clarke this is not personal and says winning the war is the only thing that will make her feel better. They see someone running through the woods. Clarke looks and sees Lincoln. She speaks to him and he walks over. He’s surprised to see her there. He asks why she and Lexa are there. He says Octavia survived then says he came for the sniper.

Lexa says they need to move for high ground. Abby continues to try and dig Kane out. She finds a pole to lever the debris off of him. She drops the beam back on him and says the weight is the only thing keeping him from bleeding out because his femoral artery has been sliced. He tells her to go find Clarke. She says she can put a tourniquet on him then says Clarke isn’t there – she’s fine. She says Lexa is too. They hear a rumble then debris tumbles down on them.

Maya tells Bellamy how to get to the guns then says he can use a trash chute. She says if he gets the guns, she’ll get them into the mess hall. He says she’s a natural born revolutionary. Cage sees Maya in the hall and says they were on the way to see her. She asks how she can help and calls him Mr President. The kids agree they need more arms. Cage calls them on the radio and says he has Maya in a suit with only 20 minutes of oxygen. He says she’ll either suffocate or burn unless they save her.

He tells them to surrender. Monty sees Maya on the camera feed. Dawn comes and the sniper is still shooting. Octavia says they can tunnel in from the side if they can get to the crater. Caris asks what other bad ideas Octavia has. She grabs a bottle and takes a swig and says just one. She throws the bottle into the fire and it explodes then puts off smoke to obscure the vision. She runs and makes it and the other seconds follow. Octavia says now they have to dig and they start moving rocks.

Jasper brings Maya into the mess hall and she says Fox is okay and says Bellamy is getting guns to them in the trash chute. Monty says he dismantled it. Monty tells Maya he can fix it and Harper goes to help. Maya cries in the suit and Jasper says he won’t let her die. She says she won’t let him surrender.

Abby hears noise as the grounders and Octavia work to clear out the rocks. She comes to and tries to work herself loose of the debris surrounding her. She calls out to Kane. She shines her light on him and says he has to wake up. He says he’s so cold. He tells her he’s okay and she says she’s sorry. He says it’s not her fault but she says it is. She says Clarke is her daughter. He asks what she means and she says Clarke knew before it happened and escaped.

Abby asks how Clarke could do something like this and Kane says it’s because she grew up on the ark and learned from them what to do. Kane says Clarke made a choice like executing people for stealing medicine and food, like sucking the air from the lungs of 300 parents so they could save their children. She says – like floating the man you love to save your people. Kane says yes. He says they have to answer for their sins. She says after all they’ve done, do they even deserve to survive.

Monty almost has the shaft fixed. He cuts power then they try to open it. It’s Bellamy. He says to put Maya in there and they shove her in. He, Maya and Jasper go sliding through the chute into a safe area for her. Her dad is there and says he’s there to help. Jasper hugs Bellamy who says Clarke is coming with an army of grounders. Jasper asks if Finn got his peace talks and Bellamy says something like that.

Lincoln, Clarke and Lexa try to get above the sniper. Lexa looks back at the smoke still pouring from TonDC. The sniper spots the kids and starts shooting at them. Clarke puts down cover fire while Lincoln creeps up on him. He beats Whitman then starts to stab him but Whitman has a reaper sound device and it stops Lincoln. Whitman hold Lincoln with a knife to his throat. She shoots a right shot that nicks Lincoln but goes right through Whitman’s chest. He tells her good shot.

Lexa asks Clarke if she feels better and she says no. Octavia and the grounders hear the horn and she says Lincoln did it. Octavia says to get back in there and start digging. They listen to her. Cage tells the men to go in and take the mess hall and kills as few as possible. Emerson calls Cage in and they see that the kids are all gone. Cage says to find them. Bellamy leads the crowd around a corner. Bellamy says they need to split up but Monty says to stick together.

Maya’s dad has a dozen or so mountain people who agree to help the kids and split them into smaller groups. Bellamy says he’s going to keep pretending to be one of the bad guys. He tells Jasper to get ready because war is coming. Kane looks bad and Abby is starting to look hopeless. She tries to get him to wake up. She wiggles out from under a large piece of rubble. She gets to him and tells him to hold on. She ties a tourniquet around his leg.

Octavia and the grounders are trying to get the rocks loose when a bunch of people from Camp Jaha show up and says they saw the missile and came to help. Abby hears the grounders breaking through. Octavia scrambles down and says they’ll get them out. She tells Kane they’re going to be okay. They haul Kane out on a stretcher. Lincoln shows back up and Octavia runs to him. He scrambles to her and picks her up and she kisses him. He says he has a little help. Clarke and Lexa are there too.

Abby says Kane needs blood now. The grounders all chant “heda” and Lexa says what happened here will not stand and says the mountain will fall and the dead will be avenged. Abby says that’s enough and says they need to pull out survivors. She tells everyone to get to work and they all pitch in. Lexa tells Clarke they will win this war by working together. Clarke looks hopeful. Indra is u on her feet and says she won’t miss the fight. She tells Octavia she did well.

She tells her she saved lives today and tomorrow will take lives. She sends Octavia to get her gear so they can go with Lexa. Indra offers her hands to Lincoln and they clasp arms then she hugs him. Octavia sees and is pleased. Clarke comes over and Octavia says she thought she was dead and is glad she’s not. Clarke says – you too. Clarke asks Abby about Kane and she says he’ll live. Abby says they can use her help. Clarke says she can’t because they’re leaving. She says she arranged a caravan to take her back to Camp Jaha.

Clarke says the sniper wasn’t wearing a hazmat suit so the treatment works and they’re going to kill all the kids. Abby tells her she better hurry. Abby then tells Clarke not to forget that they are the good guys. Lexa says it’s time. Abby touches her face and says – may we meet again. Clarke leaves with the war party. The warriors head off toward Mt Weather and the injured survivors head back to Camp Jaha with the other sky people.
