It has been a 年 since the battle at Hogwarts. Pretty much everyone is at The Burrow. Bill and Fleur, with baby Victoire. She was just born yesterday, right here at home. I can still hear the screaming. But I think Hermione and Ginny had it worst, because they were right there helping her. I can honestly say I'm happy I didn't get to see that. But wer'e all shook up. George (and pretty much all of us) are still mourning over Fred. I mean, him and George were the life of us...and then he's gone? It's just not fair. Hermione's helped a lot though...she's the only one who can get me to talk. She has her own problems though, trying to relocate her parents. They moved from Austraila, and now she can't seem to find them. Harry just feels really guilty, so he's staying with us as well. It seems hard to get out of 床, 床上 every morning, with all our problems gone, but some still ahead. But, as always, I got up, got dressed, and went downstairs to greet my family. Ginny's head was on Harry's shoulder, probably because of the proposal. Yeah, Harry proposed to Ginny last night. I'm happy, but I still feel like I should do the same to Hermione. I owe it to her, because I already did, but because of lack of money we kept it off. The worst thing was, no one knew about it except me and her, so keeping it inside of her I think made it worse. Like I said, the old problems gone, new ones ahead. It was like the battle was still raging on. Without looking at anyone else, I grabbed Hermione's hand and dragged her outside. When we got a 安全 distance away from the house, I began to speak. ''Hermione, I want 你 to marry me.'' She looked confused. ''I think I already 说 yes.'' She answered, extending her arm and 展示 me her ring. ''Yeah, but I mean to get married now.'' Now she looked even 更多 confused. ''Now?'' ''Yes, now.'' ''But, Harry and Ginny are getting married soon, and Bill and Fleur just had Victoire, and then your parents and everyone else is gonna have to work even more, and-'' I cut her off. ''I don't care. 你 and I are going to get married. I don't need a big, fancy wedding as long as you're there. You're the only thing I need.'' She was crying softly now. ''Sure, Ron....but how will we tell them?'' This stumped me. I really wasn't sure how to tell my family. They wouldn't be stunned, because they knew that Hermione and I were dating, but I don't think my parents (or anyone else) would expect this. But, no matter what anyone said, I was gonna do this. 显示 my family that I wasn't the little brother to everyone except Ginny, but a man. I again, took Hermione's hand and brought her back home. I opened the door but forgot to close it, and the door swung and slammed shut. It made everyone jump and turn to me and Hermione. Well, at least I got their attention. ''Everyone, I have an announcement to make.'' Their eyes were still fixed on mine hand holding on to Hermione's. But, Ginny was too quick for me and realized the ring on Hermione's finger. ''Oh.My.God....Ron 你 didn't!!'' Ginny, and everyone else looked stunned. ''Well...yes, Ginny, I did.'' I finished, and Mum still looked like she was about to...start-''Oh Ron!!! My little Ron is getting MARRIED!!'' She exploded with happiness, pulling me into a hug. George found this most amusing, and I noticed the first time he laughed in a long time. That made me smile. That made me smile. It was like, the battle was finally over.
