芭比娃娃 in the Nutcracker is the first installment in the computer-animated 芭比娃娃 film series.
The film was written 由 Linda Engelsiepen, Hilary Hinkle and Rob Hudnut, and is loosely based on E.T.A Hoffman's classic story, The Nutcracker and the 老鼠, 鼠标 King. The film follows Clara, a young orphan girl who has a dream of going to a land named Parthenia and defeating an evil king.
The ballet in the film was motion-capture based, and choreographed 由 Peter Martins. The 音乐 is 由 Arnie Roth, and the 伦敦 Symphony Orchestra performed songs from Tchaikovsky's "Nutcracker Suite".
