A cool summer breeze swept across five smiling 花栗鼠 faces. Except for one: Brittany Miller. They were on their way to go visit their new neighbors down the street. Brittany had already met them before at school, and was not thrilled in the slightest. She knew that Alvin would be swooning all over them because of how cute they were.
Two 分钟 later, they arrived at their front door. Eleanor did the honors and rang the doorbell. Brrrring! Brrrring! From the other side of the door, they heard a young chipette shout: "I'll get it!" The door immediately swung open and there stood a pretty chipette with 焦糖 eyes and electric blue hair.
"Hello!" Eleanor greeted. "Allow us to introduce ourselves -!" Simon began. "Oh no need! You're the chipmunk/ettes! We're massive 粉丝 of yours! Come in, come in!" The girl exclaimed, gesturing for them to follow her. "Oh, I forgot to introduce myself! My name is Ami! It's a pleasure to meet you!" She beamed.
"It's a pleasure to meet you, too!" Jeanette smiled, shyly. "Girls! Come here!" Ami cried. "Our guests have arrived!" "Just a minute! I still have to fix my makeup!" A voice snapped in response. "Okay, okay! Geez!" Ami rolled her eyes. She turned to the others. "Sorry about that, it's unusual for her to act like this. Unless 你 interrupt something 'important', which I guess this is an exception for her." The others giggled.
After a moment of silence, it was interrupted 由 the sound of footsteps thundering down the stairs. The group turned to see two girls, one with black hair wearing a red dress with 粉, 粉色 accents, and the other with blue hair wearing a blue dress with 粉, 粉色 and white accents.
"This is Melody, my younger sister," Ami said. "Hey! Guys!" The raven-haired girl grinned, her fangs glinting. "Gah!" The others shrieked. "What a way to make a girl feel welcome..." Melody muttered as she stormed off. "Hey! What was that for?" Ami frowned. "S-sorry!" Theodore apologized. "It's just that... she's a vampire, that's all."
"Oh... well, she didn't mean any harm! She's super nice once 你 get to meet her!" Ami explained as she gave Theodore a reassuring smile. "Anyway, this is the baby of the family, Gigi," Ami continued, gesturing to the blue-haired girl. "I can introduce myself, 你 know!" Gigi snapped. "And I'm NOT a baby!" "Sorry... I got carried away." "Hmph!" Gigi spun around on her heal and walked away, her nose in the air.
"Don't leave me out of the party," A euphonic voice spoke up. The group turned around and saw a beautiful chipette with stunning, piercing blue eyes, 粉, 粉色 hair, and a lovely 粉, 粉色 and green outfit standing at the 最佳, 返回页首 of the stairs.
"What's up? My name is Natalie," She 说 with the most beautiful smile that they've ever seen. "Whoa..." Alvin breathed, causing Brittany to glare at him and nudge his arm. Natalie blushed and giggled. "So, 你 guys wanna check out our rooms?" Ami offered. "Totally!" They replied in unison as they headed upstairs.
First was Gigi's room. It was painted a dark shade of blue with 粉, 粉色 and white accents, kind of like her dress, which both Simon and Jeanette adored. 下一个 was Melody's room. It was bright red with 粉, 粉色 and black accents, which totally fitted her personality, in Brittany's opinion. Then came Ami's room. It was pretty much the same as Gigi's, except the shade of blue was much lighter.
Finally came Natalie's room. It was all pink, which made Brittany jealous. When they were done with the upstairs, Natalie led them back downstairs. "Ready to see the band room?" Natalie asked, enthusiastically. "Sure!" They answered with excitement rising in their voices. They ran to the basement which contained tons of mics, drums, guitars, bases, and a synthesizer. "So, what do 你 guys think?" Natalie asked. "Eh, I've seen better," Brittany said. "Oh?" Natalie scoffed. Brittany smirked. "Yeah, 你 have a problem with that?"
"Whoa, whoa! Girls, calm down!" Ami interrupted. Both girls sighed in annoyance and walked away. "Come on, guys," Brittany snapped. "Let's go home." As they all headed to the front door, Alvin pulled Natalie aside. Natalie looked slightly uncomfortable, but obeyed. "Hey," Alvin began. "I was wondering if... 你 would like to go out sometime? 你 know, go on a 日期 或者 - "

"So what?" Natalie argued through gritted teeth. "That just shows me how jealous 你 are of me, doesn't it?" "W-what?" Brittany stammered, blushing a deep shade of scarlet. "No I'm not!" "Oh, come on! It's obvious!" Natalie smirked, causing Alvin to blush as well. "You should totally get together!"
"Well... I guess I like him a little bit..." Brittany reluctantly confessed. "Y-yeah, I like 你 too, Britt..." Alvin admitted. "Oh, Alvin!" Brittany cried as tears began welling up her eyes. The two ran and leapt into each other's arms. "Ya'll are pathetic!" Melody interrupted, laughing. They jumped, forgetting that the others were there, watching the scene unfold. "Oh, Melody," Brittany grinned. "There's no need to be jealous!"
"J-jealous! Me?! That's preposterous!" The two began to bicker and Ami arrived just in time to break up the fight. After a nice conversation, the chipmunk/ettes looked at the time and began to exchange their goodbyes. As the group headed upstairs, Melody leapt in front of the group, baring her fangs at them.
"I'll be in your closet tonight~!" She sang. The others just rolled their eyes and laughed. "No! I mean it!" Melody smiled.
