I think Lydia didn't because we actually saw her get on the plane, however we never actually see Victoria get on the plane and it wouldn't be a good idea to kill off the main villain on the 显示 in the finale i bet in either the premiere 或者 the 秒 episode she will reappear in Victoria Grayson style
