HELP!! I really need to know, whats the name of this pictures and who is the author? And maybe: Do 你 know where do buy it?

I saw this picture in the US series 'Gossip Girl' in the character Chuck Bass' sleeping room.

Note: the link is actually for the CD that has that image on the cover, not that painting.

That picture is part of an album campaign for the band Dirty Vegas.
So basically the only way to obtain that larger picture is 由 making a bigger version of the album cover, I think.
