How can the 迷失 Boys stay in Neverland but 你 have to die to stay there?

The 迷失 boys don't have homes 或者 a family most likely when they grow up 或者 get too old to stay in Neverland Peter takes them back to where he found them. It's like if 你 stay there "Forever" you'd have to die, it's how it works since Peter is the only magical boy who can stay and turn back to youth whenever.

Adding on to what OneLastWish said, some 迷失 Boys (sadly) grow up to be pirates.
