Flying

Ok so I went to 床, 床上 at 11 and woke up at 3 because I kept tossing and turning and im barely sleeping plus I almost keep dreaming about flying....
what does that mean? like everytime I close my eyes..im flying.

So, these signs happen is this a sign? I was five when I had a dream I was flying all over my house, and I could actually feel the wind on my face. So, what is the explaination for this?
