We treaded water in silence for a minute, letting the truth soak in. Circe was trying to sabotage us from reaching Rose. Our quest had a superpowerful magical being against us. We might be dooming ourselves, along with Rose. I let my head drop in pure despair, and saw the water around me had turned red. My hand- I had cut it on arrows, clumsily pulling the string back from the front to keep the handful of arrows steady. I was so deep in thought and concentration I hadn't even noticed the pain. But I did now, and it killed.
"Guys, I think I need to get to shore."

I flung the bathroom door open and sighed with relief. I walked casually from the "Forbidden Area" which is what most Ares kids call it now. As far as I knew we didn't start CTF and I had only been gone like five minutes.
I had walked to the empty pavilion and sat down quietly looking around for everyone else. There were a few wandering satyrs and dryads and Mr. D was in his usual spot wearing his trademark snear. The Quest Begins

This was not happening. Percy Jackson was a son of Poseidon. The son of my mother’s rival. I thought after what had happened to Thalia, the gods would have learned they’re lesson! And to think I actually thought Percy and I could work together! That would be totally impossible now!

He was claimed two nights ago, during Capture the Flag. That game would never be the same again. He had left the Hermes 舱, 小木屋 to 移动 into the Poseidon one that same night. I felt like I couldn’t talk to him...
