Kevin was going to propose to her which freaked her out, and then we didnt hear much about him. Now, in the season 7 episode 23 你 see Kevin with another girl and find out they broke up. It doesnt tell 你 when they broke up though. I know this is accurate because i have seen every single season 7 episode. I know its a little late, sorry...

I had to go back over some of season 7. I thought I missed them breaking up. But, that wasn't the case. It was just unclear.
Okay, I definitely missed an episode 或者 two. How come I haven't seen Kevin in any of the new episodes? And I don't remember her even mentioning him lately. What has happened?
In the episode "hit and run" 你 can see they broke up when they attend a convention with separate dates, they obviously didn't think the other would attend. Kevin is with some girl and Penelope is with Reid, although she is clearly not dating Spencer, because she states she isn't sexually attracted to Reid.
