Did Peeta became his self again?

I know that eventually he loved Katniss again, they had children but... i'm not sure if he actually became the old good Peeta, if he took his memories back 或者 he fell in 爱情 with Katniss all over again...

PLUS: 1. sorry for the mistakes i might did but english isn't my mother tongue.
2. i haven't read the books, thats why i maybe don't undersand some things...
3. Do Peeta and Katniss get married 或者 just have 2 kids??

I don't think Peeta ever fully recovered. He didn't regain his memories. However, he did learn to recognise that the false memories were false, and to fight off the effects they had on him. I think he did fall in 爱情 with Katniss all over again.

We don't know if they were married 或者 not 由 the epilogue, just that they're together with 2 kids. Most people assume they would have married though.
