I can't pick Brooke because I've only seen brooke as a mother for a couple episodes and in that time she was growing and learning as a mother- realizing the responsobility of taking care of another life.
Of course I can't pick Victoria because she has really proved her self a disastrous mother.
I can't pick Ellie either because even though she was an acceptable mother for the little while we got to know her, she hadn't been in Peyton's life for a long seventeen years, and didn't have to do much parenting. They seemed more like friends then a mother/daughter relationship.
I absolutely hate deb as a mother because she just didn't seem to try much before she resolved to her alcoholic and druggy ways. She never seemed to try much with Nathan, and was never there for him, before AND after he got married.
Karen was a great mom, and even though she slipped a few times, she was exceptionally caring and a great influence on her son. Plus, from what little I've seen with her and Lilly, she's a great mother to her daughter as well<3
I believe Haley to be an exceptional parent. She is always there for Jamie, and she admits to Jamie coming first. She does her best to protect him and her family, and keep his life sane and happy. Her and Karen are both amazing mothers<333

Karen's had a lot more screentime as a mom. karen also did it on her own & gave up her young age to raise luke. she put her happiness/romantic life on hold till luke was well into highschool. Karen didn't hire a nanny (nothing against naley, but doing it the good old fashioned way is always better than what our generation's doing). Hales is a good mom, but in my opinion, karen's always been the best.

I HAVE TO SAY THIS AGAIN...BROOKE IS NOT A MOM, THE FACT THAT SHE IS GOOD WITH CHILDREN AND SHE TOOK GOOD CARE OF ANGIE DON'T MAKE HER A MOM!!!!! IN THAT CASE PEYTON WOULD BE A MOM TOO...SHE WAS LIKE A MOM TO JENNY...BUT STILL NONE OF THEM IS A MOM!!!!!!

Unless Brooke has given birth or adopted and i don't know about it...SHE'S NOT A MOTHER!

I like karen as mom, she is very good.
But haley is my favorite, she and jamie is so cute together, it's really really the right mother-and-son-feeling when they are togehter!

I have to say Haley for this one. I agree with Brookeyourself they have a really close bond on screen when they are together.

i think karen and haley is pretty much the same when its about beeing a mother.
we have seen how karen always been there for lucas in the first 4 seasons, and i think that haley also will be there for jamie when he grows up as karen was for lucas. and i dont think that karen was so much unlike how haley is to jamie now, as she was to lucas when he was little.
but i think that its a differens that haley has nathan and that they are married and can take all the hard and big decisions together. karen was alone and she had to do that by her own, cause i dont think that keith really fill the place as a husband. and thats one point to karen!
but i completely agree with BrookeYourself, haley and jamie totally have the right mother-and-son-feeling and they are too cute together! thats why i pick haley :)

Karen and Haley are both good. I went with Karen however because we saw more of her as a mother.
