Whether they are 粉丝 videos, interviews, 或者 just things that make 你 smile, save your 视频 on your PC. YouTube is either deleting accounts, videos, 音乐 in them 或者 otherwise.

If 你 make videos, the best way to tag your 视频 is to use the fanbased names (ie Leyton, OTH etc) and do not use the song's title, 或者 artist unless in the comments.
或者 if posting scenes from the particular episode just use the terms of "Leyton Scenes" not One 树 Hill, even the most well versed DISCLAIMER can be overlooked because it all has to do with "re-broadcast" consent.
