Alana and her new friend Harry were walking 首页 from school.
"Tomorrow is the first 日 of spring break!" He exclaimed. Harry just moved into her town a 月 以前 and they became good friends. He is also her neighbor.
"I know!" She smiled pulling up her book-sack, "I heard that Tanner Nixen is throwing a party!" Tanner Nixen is a football player, and one of the most 流行的 kids in there grade, 10th grade.
"Are 你 gonna go?" Harry asked. Alana shrugged, "If I do... will you?"
Harry smiled at her, "Well... Duh!"
"My stop," She said. Her and Harry live right 下一个 door to each other.
"So soon?" He pouted. She giggled and save him a hug.
"See 你 tomorrow!" She walked to her front door, unlocked it, and walked in.
Harry walked 下一个 door to his house. Before he reached the door his phone rang. One new message He opened it up as he walked inside.
Before he could read the message someone took it away. He looked up and his mom, Mrs. Styles, and Dad, Mr.Styles, stood over him.
"Sit." He's mom 说 dryly. He slowly sunk into the black leather couch. Mrs.Styles put Harry's phone on the coffee 表 and sat 下一个 to him, Mr.Styles in his 最喜爱的 rocking chair.
"Harry," Mr.Styles breathed in, "Your father got a job offering, that we just can't pass down."
"We're moving?"
"Sweety, don't be mad. We need the money." Mrs.Styles 说 sweetly.
"I'll get a job!" Harry tried, "I'll...I'll.. do better in school! Give up my allowance! Anything! I don't want to move... again." Harry's eyes started watering, "Please?"
Mr.Styles slipped on his jacket, "I'm sorry, we have to do what's best for the family."
"Does Gemma know?" Harry's eye's where getting red and he was breathing hard.
"We already talk to her, and she was fine with it. And 你 will be too soon." Mr.Styles walked out the door. Mrs.Styles kissed Harry's head. Without saying anything she grabbed her brown cover up and walk outside too. Harry ran his hands up and down his scalp. Why would they do this to him? He finally feels like he belongs.
Harry's Razor buzzed on the coffee table. He picked it up, TWO NEW MESSAGES He opened the first one, It was from a weird number:
Unknown: "P-A-R-T-Y!!! Come to Tanner's Spring break party, Friday March 18! Bring friend and tell your friend's to bring 老友记 and tell your friend's friend's to bring friends! PARTY! PARTY! PARTY!"
Harry clicked on the reply and sent, "Sure will!"
He clicked on the other message.
Alana: "Hey my sister wants me 2 go 2 this celebration for her 老友记 13 birthday. Come with? Please???"
He replied okay and walked to his room. Not everything was unpacked but something where. He looked in his closet and pulled out a blue and black plaid shirt, a blazer, blue jeans, and black Nike high-tops. After he changed he walked down to Alana's house. He went to knock on the door but it swung open.
"Hi Harry!" Jaclyn, Alana's sister, 说 running past him, her blonde headed friend behind her.
He watch them run around the yard playing tag.
"She wants to do track." Alana stood 下一个 to him looking at the yard. She looked over at him, "Let's go!" She skipped over to the car and Harry hopped in the front seat. Alana is sixteen and so is Harry.
As they pulled into the mall parking lot- which is where the party is- Jaclyn and her friend, Coleen, hopped out the car. Before Alana got out the car Harry grabbed her hand. She looked at him confused.
"I have good and bad news." He whispered.

"Well the bad new is, I'm moving. The good news is I have an idea to stop me from moving, but I need your help..."
"This is your plan?" Harry and Alana stood around a bunch of art work of broken bones.
"Yeah! Great huh?" He looked so excited and sure this was going to work.
"Okay, so 你 want me to make 你 a fake cast for your leg?" Alana looked at Harry unsure.
"Yeah!" Alana sighed, "How is that going to solve anything?"
"Just trust me," He put his hand on her's.
Alana's 心 skipped a beat, "Okay," She slid her hand away and focused on the fake cast that she had to make, "I'll call 你 when it's done." He nodded but just before he left he gave her a 吻乐队（Kiss） on the cheek, "Thanks love. 你 have no idea how much this means to me." He held on to her hand. A few 秒 passed.
"Let me walk 你 out," Alana 说 still holding his hand. They walked down stairs. At the door Harry smiled at her. He kissed her on the cheek again and released her hand. Alana watched him as he walked across her lawn and into his.
Alana leaned against her 座位 at the 晚餐 table. It was quiet except for the touching of forks to plates, and drinks being set down. Alana's mother, Mrs.Coleman, sat up straighter, "So, Alana," Alana looked up from her lap, where she was texting Harry. Her parent think that 晚餐 time is family time and that they shouldn't talk on their cell-phones, but Alana does anyway.
"I heard that your school is having a talent show," Alana looked at her mom confused, and aggravated, "Are 你 gonna try out? 你 know, for singing, dancing, singing, singing, juggling, or.... singing?" Hint, Hint
Alana moaned and put her phone on her lap, "Mom! I'm not trying out!" Josie looked over at Alana's lap and smiled, "What if Harry tried out with you?" She teased, puckering out her lips, "Harry! Harry! 吻乐队（Kiss） me!" She sing-songed. Alana glanced at her mom. She smirked, "alright J that's enough." Josie shoved a piece of garlic 面包 in her mouth. Alana's phone vibrated in her lap and she looked down at her lap, "It didn't work, we are still moving." Is what Harry said.
"Can I be excused?" Alana asked, losing her appetite. Mrs.Coleman looked angry, "This once." Alana shoved out of the 座位 and walked up stairs. She plopped on her 床, 床上 and scram into her purple pillow. She snatched her phone up. She looked out the window 由 her 台, 办公桌 and saw Harry. Opening the window Alana almost dropped her phone. When they want to meet up the go to a lake about a block from there house, in the Black Shadow woods. Alana wrote down, 'Usual place?' Harry nodded, closed the window and walked out. "I had to sneak out." Harry admitted. They where sitting on a weird shaped rock down at Black Shadow Lake. Alana giggled throwing a rock into the water.
"I bet a kiss, that that water is freezing." Harry teased.
"Alright lets see." Alana pushed Harry into the water, "Is it?" Harry come up from the water.
"Sadly, no. It feels great!" He started floating away. Alana laughed and looked straight ahead. A man and a woman was standing there in old beat up clothes.
"Harry. Get. Out of there." Harry laughed and looked at where Alana was looking.
"Shit." he 说 under he's breath. He jumped out of the water and they ran down the street, as they passed an old abandon house Harry stopped, "Let's go in." He pointed to the house.
"H-Harry I don't know." Harry gave her a 小狗 dog face, "Is someone scared?" Alana gave him a stern look, "No!" She walked over to the fence and opened it, "Come on!" She demanded and marched up the squeaky steps. She was about to turn the door knob, but her hands keep shaking. She pulled back her hand, "Okay! I'm a little scared..." She admitted.

"Who's there?" A old creaky voice asked. A lady that looks like she is 139 walked into the sitting room, "Oh guest!" She swung her old wooden cane around, "Come her darlings, I was just making a fresh batch of cookies." She turned around and started walk. So. Slow. Alana and Harry glanced at each other unsure. Alana smiled and jumped up, following the lady.
"I'm Alana." The old lady smiled at her, "I'm Ms. Flower."
"I'm Harry!" Harry smiled. Alana knew her name from somewhere She just can't remember where. The old lady placed some 饼干 on a china plate in the middle of the table. Alana grabbed a cookie not wanting to be rude. She took a good look at the lady. Ms. Flower! Of course!
"Is your husband, Mr. 花 here?" Harry asked.
"No." She looked at the cookies, "I never married." Yeah. It's her.
"Ms. Flower, if 你 don't mind me asking, how old are you?"
"143."
That's exactly how old she is in Alana's history book. Ms. 花 is also the secret saver of this town back in 1891, when the French tried to take it over. Ms. 花 walked over to the fridge and disappeared.
"Where'd she go?" Harry asked eating cookies. Alana shook her head. Harry started screaming like a little girl and burst out the front doors and out the gate.
"Who's afraid now?" Alana 说 a smirk on her face.
"What's so funny?" He asked.
"You. 你 scram like a little girl.."
"I didn't!"
"Did!"
"Didn't" They did that the whole way home...
