Kiara's POV**
It was the end of a long 日 and i was waiting for my mom to pick me up. Why was she always late. i was the only one left at school 由 now school ended an 小时 and a half ago. My mom doesnt 爱情 me. she doesnt care if she totally humiliates me 由 making me walk 首页 and leaving me places forever.
Saxon's POV**
I told my mom i would call her when Kiara left so that she could pick me up. i just didn't want to leave her at school all alone. i walk around the corner and see her sitting down. she is so perfect. the way her braids fall and the way she doesn't try to impress people. if only she knew how i really felt. i need to push away the feelings for now. she needs a friend maybe later i tell her how i feel. I cant believe her mom treats her like this!
"haiii!" i say sitting 下一个 to her. she looks up kind of surprised.
"Hey" she said, "i thought 你 were gone why are 你 still here?"
"I told my mom to pick me up after 你 leave so 你 wouldn't be here alone." he said

I felt like crying. What did I do to deserve such a good friend.
"Thx Sax. 你 didn't have to do that though. I would've been fine."
"I did have to because that's what 老友记 are for."
before i could say anything i got a txt from my mom.
mom: hurry up im outside i dont have all day...
me: be right there
"I gotta go." i say standing up
"K. I'll call my mom."
"Thx again for staying." I give him a hug. his curly hair smells like cinnamon. he is so cute and when he smiles he gets those adorable dimples in his cheeks! i don't really want him to know i like him though. that would be really awkward considering we have been 老友记 for so long. I walk down the deserted hallways taking in everything. i look back at him and he gives me the biggest smile. i wave back not realizing that might be the last time i see him.
