One Direction have 给 an insight into the magical world of pop 音乐由 revealing their backstage secrets at the start of their new tour.

Hundreds of thousands of hopefuls audition for The X Factor every 年 and now the former contestants have revealed what it's like to live the high life off the back of the show.

The group embarked on a UK tour this week and revealed the secret to their masses of on-stage energy is to have one Haribo sweet before the performance.

Speaking to The Sun, Louis Tomlinson said: "That's it. Before every 演出, gig we are having a sauna 或者 a bath together."

It appears the Haribo and group sauna did the trick as after the 显示 Louis tweeted: "Absolutely loved the 演出, gig tonight. 爱情你 all! X"

Fellow One Direction star, Harry Styles tweeted: "Southend 你 were amazing tonight!! Thank 你 so much for having us .xx"

Niall, however, seemed a bit confused about where he was, tweeting: "Hello to those girls that we just waved to on the M1, enjoy the 显示 tonight girls!"

That Haribo must have gone straight to his head.

The boy band One Direction were involved in car accident last night, which left three members of the needing treatment for neck injuries.
Louis Tomlinson, Harry Styles, Niall Horan, Zayn Malik and Liam Payne, had just performed in the city and were treated at the scene.
Police and 救护车 crews were called to the smash in Birmingham after a car sped into the band's tour bus. 救护车 crews 说 three members of the band had severe headaches and spinal pain but the injuries were not serious.

When the party had finished, we made our way to niall’s apartment. We got some alcohol out of the fridge and lois put a DVD on.

It was ‘The Hangover II’ I couldn’t wait to see it, it was meant to be so funny, and the first one was brilliant.
