delenasalvatore This is super disappointing to be honest. I mean, Seventeen Fitness made her their poster girl for effortless work outs and healthy living, and she was talking about how she used to be a gymnast and doing yoga. What's the point of doing all that if you're just going to inhale cancer-causing chemicals into your lungs? I know that a lot of actors and people in show business smoke, and I wouldn't be all that surprised if Ian smoked too, but with her emphasis on being fit, surely this is a big no-no and makes her 'clean image' look quite dubious and hypocritical? No offence to Nina, but seriously. Everyone knows that smoking is bad for your health.
