But I've also heard from other people that Cote de Pablo will not be returning which sucks even more. 	ScarlettGirl picked No, no one can replace Ziva.: I have and always will love Ziva and she will always be the best female agent in my mind! Though Kate Todd was a good agent and was greatly missed when she was shot on duty, i think that her place was filled by the best person they could have found! She may have been slightly ignored when she first arrived, she proved herself and even signed over her Israeli citizenship to be American and made herself become a extremely valued member of the team.
