Song with the best instrumental?

Post the song 你 think has the best instrumental version, 或者 your 最喜爱的 instrumental song! Songs with no lyrics originally, like classical and orchestra, are allowed. Mine is, without a doubt, Cantarella!

The alternative band 天使 & Airwaves has some really good instrumental bits (and the new Blink-182 does too, for that matter).

Also, I'm obsessed with the Harry Potter movie soundtracks as well. xD
