Cleo took over as fearleading captain when her older sister, Nefera, graduated.
Cleo does not get along with Nefera because Nefera uses every opportunity she can to make her younger sister feel inferior to her.

In the first season, she was the main antagonist, but, in the 秒 season, her attitude was slowly softened and she was portrayed as one of the protagonists.
Cleo has a turquoise pet 眼镜蛇 named Hissette and can even talk to snakes and get them to do what she says.
