Is anyone good at drawing Misty 由 hand?

All I know is, I suck at it. Really, the only pokemon character I don't suck at is May.... and I still have trouble with that damn floating hair. But then again, I am 更多 of a skether than a cartoonist....

Again, just wondering... I DID NOT MAKE THE PIC BELOW!!!
