Miley, who was seen smoking what she claimed to be the legal herb salvia out of a bong in a video last year, proclaims herself a stoner in a newly released video.
The video, obtained 由 The Daily, was allegedly shot at the former Hannah Montana star's private 19th birthday party in Los Angeles. In the video, Cyrus is presented a cake featuring Bob Marley 由 Kelly Osbourne. "You know you're a stoner when 老友记 make 你 a Bob Marley cake," Cyrus is seen saying. "You know 你 smoke way too much f------ weed."
Osbourne, 27, then jokes, "I thought salvia was your problem, Miley?"
