Photographing 精灵 is a 1997 ethereal 幻想 film directed 由 Nick Willing and is based on the novel 由 Steve Szilagyi. It was influenced 由 the infamous Cottingley 精灵 hoax. (The 精灵 appear in a series of five photographs taken 由 Elsie Wright (1901–88) and Frances Griffiths (1907–86) in 1917)
