迷失 Article: The Numbers

I was just rewatching seasons 1 and 2 with my friend and she asked me whether 或者 not they ever tell us what the numbers are. That got me thinking, do they ever tell us/will they ever tell us?

Because for the first 2 seasons the numbers were essential to 迷失 and they were, still are sometimes, everywhere. Now in the last 2 seasons it seems that they've stopped focusing on the numbers and it's almost like they never existed 或者 they aren't as important as we were led to believe.

The numbers aren't the only mystery that seems to have died out and gone unanswered. And with the end of the 显示 drawing near I'm beginning to wonder whether the writers will ever discuss these again. A few other unsolved mysteries are Walt (who was supposedly special but after getting off the island doesn't seem to be as important as before), also Libby (i know this isn't as big of a mystery but it still puzzles me to this day), why the pregnant women on the island die, and others that I can't think of right now

I was just wondering whether 或者 not anyone wonders the same thing and what other 问题你 have that 你 really want to have answered.

katiemariie You have a good point. I think the numbers are still very important to what is going on right now on the show but it isn't as obvious or will be revealed later.

lil-becks The producers said that they would tell us what the number were for sure, and they said you shouldn't be to obsessed with them because you may be disapointed.

Pippi21 All of the things you mentioned will definitely be answered in this or the next season. Those are all important things. And I don't agree with you on the numbers because they're still everywhere. All the license plates, phone numbers, rooms etc still have the numbers in them.
