LUCAS: Come on. Let me give 你 a ride. I'll let 你 insult me.
PEYTON: First of all, 你 don't know me. 秒 of all, 你 don't know me.
LUCAS: 你 ever have something that 你 knew that 你 were better at than almost anybody else?
PEYTON: Sex?... Joke.
PEYTON: So, why'd 你 just tell me all that? I mean, we don't even know each other.
LUCAS: Maybe that's the point.
PEYTON: Nice hands.

PEYTON (to Lucas): I want to draw something that means something to someone. 你 know, I want to draw blind faith 或者 a fading summer 或者 just a moment of clarity. It’s like when 你 go and 你 see a really great band live for the first time, 你 know, and nobody’s saying it but everybody’s thinking it: "We have something to believe in again." I want to draw that feeling. But I can’t. And if I can’t be great at it then I don’t want to ruin it. It’s too important to me.
LUCAS (to Peyton): Your art matters. It’s what got me here.
PEYTON: Guess I just... I just want to say thanks.
LUCAS: Wow. Did Peyton Sawyer just say "thank you"?

LUCAS (to Peyton): It’s kind of ironic, huh? 你 know, I would gladly erase my dad if it would bring back your mom.
PEYTON: Haven’t seen 你 much today.
LUCAS: Yeah, I know. Every time I get within about five feet of you-
PEYTON: Brooke happens.
LUCAS: 或者 Nathan.
PEYTON: I’m sorry.
LUCAS: For what?
PEYTON: All sorts of things.
LUCAS (to Peyton): I wasn’t ready for all that Peyton Sawyer/Girlfriend drama anyway. (LIAR!!!)
PEYTON: Lucas, I made a mistake. When 你 说 你 wanted to be with me, I got, I got scared, but...
LUCAS: Peyton...
PEYTON: But the truth is, I want all the same things that 你 want, I do. And I want them with you.
PEYTON (to Lucas): Why does it seem like everytime things are finally going to be okay, something terrible happens?
PEYTON: After my mom died, my dad couldn’t cook. So, we lived on 《冰雪奇缘》 pizzas for the longest time. I could live on pizza. He’d buy these cheese pizzas, and then put his own toppings on. Pickles, bologna, pineapple, whatever.
LUCAS: That’s nasty.
PEYTON: No actually they were really good. I think he did it mostly just to make me laugh.
LUCAS: See? It does mean something.
PEYTON: It can’t.
LUCAS: But it does.
PEYTON: Lucas, you’re dating Brooke.
LUCAS: I know. And she’s great. Okay? But, she’s not you. =]
PEYTON: We’re going to hell.
LUCAS: Peyton...
PEYTON: No honestly, we are horrible, rotten people.
LUCAS: Do 你 think that’s part of it?
PEYTON: Part of what?
LUCAS: Us. 你 know, that this is wrong. Somehow it makes it feel deeper.
LUCAS: Well life’s short, Peyton.
PEYTON: Too short to live it as a bad person.
PEYTON: Do 你 want to go together? Not like a 日期 或者 anything.
LUCAS: Okay how exactly does that work?
PEYTON: Let’s see, we don’t make out. But we don’t argue. I think we kind of just have fun.
LUCAS: Look, I didn’t know about Nikki and Jake until I met her.
PEYTON: So she was just some stranger in a bar 你 slept with? Lucas, 你 don’t need to apologize. Okay? It’s just that, after all the stuff that 你 and I had been through, where my head and my 心 were at I couldn’t have gone and just slept with some stranger. 你 know when 你 and I first met? I was with Nathan. And he was a pretty bad guy, if 你 remember.
LUCAS: Yeah.
PEYTON: I’m not doing that again. Who knew that 你 two would switch places?
PEYTON: It’s not about what 你 say, Luke. It’s about what 你 do. 你 don’t like the person you’ve become? Then do something about it, 'cause no one’s going to do it for you.
LUCAS: I know, that’s why I came by. I’m going to be making a few changes. And I just wanted to see 你 before I do. I’ll be seeing you, Peyton.
