D0nuts How did you get the images to run so smoothly?

tinhamodic More 'frames' or images linked together = smoother motion, but the trade off is larger file size.

D0nuts When I add more frames it just goes slower... What program do you use?

tinhamodic Ulead GIF Animator 5. But the smoothness could also be affected by whoever is hosting your GIF, the bandwidth may slow down transfer making it choppy.
