Sora should. He got it with a strong 心 and did a good job saving the worlds and helping people in need. Riku gets a keyblade of his own later on. Riku is good with a keyblade, but he chose darkness. Sora is the one who chose light. I think it's a good idea for both of them to wield a keyblade. And now, they can. But I think 你 wanted to know which of the two really earned it. Sora. Riku has a keyblade Though. I have to say Sora is the better keybearer, only because Riku tried to kill me in 358/2 days, although he did that to save Sora..... :/ I still think Sora's the better keybearer, although They make an awesome team :P
Sora did not get his Keyblade from Roxas 或者 Ventus. He got his 秒 Keyblade from Ventus. The first he got because Riku gave into darkness and the keyblade chose him instead
