well I personally think she really is a bitch. She needs to really understand that Kazahaya likes Sawako.

It is true that, she was anoying when she interupted Kazehaya's & Sawako's "Lovey Dovey" time:P...but like many other people,she was in love...and i think that she is awesome that she kept fighting for him til the very end...Not in a very nice way of fighting, but still^^

I disliked her at first, but then she began to change (i.e. confess at Kazehaya, showed her real self, called Sawako her 'rival' and especially throughout the whole second season) Now she's one of my favorite female anime characters ^^

I know you guys are all into the whole Kazehaya/Sawako thing, but Kurumi has had and has waited for Kazehaya for a long time. She wants to win his heart like Sawako does, but she knows that Kazehaya doesn't have his eye on her and that for Sawako, even though Kazehaya and Kurumi would be a better match, it's easy to get his attention. I started pitying her. Don't dislike her just because of the whole Kazehaya/Sawako thing. She's liked him for forever and has also shown her true self to Sawako. She's even defended her at times like from Yuka and her group of friends in the second season. I hated her at first too. But I think you guys will probably do the same thing if you're really in love with a person like Kurumi is with Kazehaya. If you want to go and hate, hate Yuka and her group of friends.

I like Kurumi because she actually did make an effort to win Kazehaya's heart unlike Sawako.

I don't really care about her, she is kind of boring -.-

It doesn't matter if she is a bitch...THEY WILL PREVEIL!

But near the end, I felt really sorry for her.

I actually didn't like her that much at first, but then I gradually came to understand her actions and her behavior. Well, it's true that she's done a lot of things that interrupted Kazehaya and Sawako, but honestly I don't really hate her. Annoying, a bit, but not to the point of hate.

Yeah she is a little annoying and mean to Sawako. But she is just a hurt girl, afraid to lose someone she cares about. Sawako and her are very similar in that way. I feel more bad for her then anything else. Just put yourself in her shoes, I am sure what she is dealing with really sucks.

Even though she acts a bit aggressively towards Sawako, when it comes to Kazehaya, she's still a super sweet girl!

She's always very kind towards all the characters, and I think it's remarkable, that she always is able to be this nice, even though she has a lot of insecurities and worries. Kurumi is the most well-developed character in the series in my opinion :^)

I asked this question when I was still a kid and never thought to put myself in Kurumi's position except to hate her for always seemingly interrupting Sawako's and Kazahaya's moments. But after going deeper into the manga, I completely understand why she'd do the things she did. It's just as some of you guys said, she's liked him for a very long time and it's not fair for Sawako to come waltzing in (which wasn't on purpose I know). I definitely don't hate Kurumi as much now, but I'm still going to keep my answer, lol.

Yea yea she was in love and wanted to win him over but she’s a bitch cause she did it in all the wrong ways and befriended sawako for malicious reasons. She had no regard for anyones feelings other than her own. Sooooo she’s fake and a biitcchh
