Basically Huddy story, but with a lot of other characters. Slight Cameron bashing.. hope 你 gonna like it ;)
”Doctor Cuddy! Nice blouse… they haven’t got your size?” House as always stepped into his boss’s office not bothered with this completely piffling action which we call knocking.
“What do 你 want House” Cuddy asked with her most unemotional tone, not even looking at him from above all documents which she was studying at this moment.
“We have to act like a couple” he said. This unusual request made her look at him enquiringly.
“Explain me what do 你 mean NOW 或者 stop bothering me.“ Nervousness and some disorientation could be heard in her voice.
“If I pay attention to other women, they are the happiest ever, and 你 are complaining? 你 know Cuddy, I thought that these all gossips about 你 are just gossips distributed 由 teasers, but now I see that pseudonym ‘Ice Queen’ fits 你 perfectly.”
“If 你 want somebody to stare at 你 and make 小狗 eyes, go to Cameron, I am working here” she 说 and looked back at the documents “in contrast to you, as a matter of fact. Shouldn’t 你 be in clinic right now?”
“Cameron… yeah… actually, I am here because of her” House replied rolling his eyes.
“Sorry, I can’t help, dying patients happen. And shrink admits on the third floor” she winced just on a thought about this oversensitive doctor.
“No, I just don’t know how to get rid of her… I’ve got enough of her nonsensical ‘love-thing’, do 你 know how exhausting is it…? Ahh, what am I talking about, how 你 could know that” he added after a moment, hitting himself in forehead with his open hand.
“I thought that 你 like when someone admires 你 like 8th Wonder of the World… Hey, wait, did I say EIGHTH? Sorry House, even magnitude of Statue of Zeus can’t be compared with size of 你 ego” she explained earnestly and sat down on her chair in 更多 comfortable way.
“Get over it, all those whippersnappers don’t elate me at all, look at her, it’s a child which can’t cope with its life, how would I like her fascination?” his sober tone made her ‘waking up’ distrust to ‘stand up mode’.
“And what I am suppose to do? Say: ‘Doctor Cameron, get yourself unfall in 爱情 with doctor House 或者 I will transfer 你 to the oncology’?”
“It’s easier way… Just pretend you’re my girlfriend” he was smiling affrontingly while saying this.
“What? House, are 你 insane? 或者 maybe 你 overdosed Vicodin?”
“Easy, it shouldn’t be that bad, all I need is just make her understand, that I have someone. And when she see that this someone is you, she should get immediately that she hasn’t got any chance.”
“Tell me, why I have this feeling that this is the one of your Big Ideas which have to end up bad?” she rubbed her temple musingly.
“And… and if I agree for extra 2 hours every 日 in clinic for this week?”
“No… I don’t believe it, Gregory House IS COMING UP himself that he WILL BE WORKING in clinic, it must be a dream! 你 have to be very desperate.”

And they seemed amused. And she couldn’t stand it. ‘Wait, wait, I will 显示 ya, I will 显示 which one of us is better! It’s obvious that House will pick ME. I was 阅读 up on opiate withdrawal and apparently 你 can go through withdrawal not just to stop taking the drug, Vicodin in House’s case, but to reduce the amount you’re taking.
So in House’s case, like Wilson said; his Vicodin levels where way to high and so the only option was to let his body recover and reduce it’s need for that amount it got everyday.
Therefore, the 下一个 morning when he was seemingly better; it was because of the extreme cold-turkeyness that House used to reduce his levels of Vicodin in order for his hallucination of Amber to go away. So I don’t think it was a hallucination, because he hasn’t quit Vicodin, he has only reduced the amount he takes within the 太空 of a horrible 24 小时 detox. His body no longer craves the Vicodin every 小时 或者 so like before.
