In the morning when he awoke the windows were letting in the beautiful sun’s rays. They cast light out over his 床, 床上 and on him. He sat up and looked at the sun then he heard someone get up from the chair in his room. “Hey.” Cuddy 说 sitting 下一个 to him on the bed. “You’re here early.” He 说 sleepily. “No. It’s now 11:30. I guess 你 caught up on your sleep.” She 说 smiling. He smiled not only because of her but because he then realized that all he was wearing was his boxers…and he would have to get up sometime.


He grabbed his leg in pain, trying to hide it but she noticed. She snuggled real close to him and wrapped her arms around his bare chest and just laid there like that.


“What are 你 doing?” He asked calmly after a moment. “Yesterday, when we touched, the pain went away.” She said. “Oh, that’s right…I’m not wearing anything but my boxers.” He said. She burst out laughing as did he. He could feel her laughter on his chest and that made him smile even wider. “That’s great, House.” She 说 patting his chest and getting up.


When he got up she emediatley started to fix his bed. He stared at her and admired her chest for a second. “What?” She asked noticing him looking. “Freak.” He replied walking towards his small dresser stand. He pulled out some jeans and a 衬衫 and put them on infront of her. “You don’t change your boxers everyday?” She asked. “No, but if I did that would be good news for 你 because I would have to change them infront of you.” He told her with a smirk.


“What are we doing today?” She asked after he was all dressed and had his shoes on. “Let’s talk a walk!” He 说 admiring the sunshine and seeing as he hadn’t been outside since the 日 he entered Mayfield. Most of the patients were outside today just roaming and enjoying the fine day.


House and Cuddy walked the farthest away from everybody so they could hear themselves. They walked in silence for a while. She seemed a little tense and deep in conflicting thaughts. He noticed this and wondered what she was thinking about. The birds chirped and the sun shone and it was the perfect summer day.


“I’m sorry for being an 屁股 and treating 你 so…horribly. Thankyou for covering my 屁股 and risking 你 job for me countless times. I owe 你 big time, Cuddy.” He decided to just get it over with. She was taken 由 shock seeing as she thaught she was going to be the one admitting some stuff first. “So…you felt 你 had to tell me this why?” She asked. “Because, I have unresolved feelings that will be good getting out. I would admit my feelings but I’m afraid I’ll get hurt. Like I said, nobody in their right mind would ever 爱情 me.” He was taking a big step and as he listened to himself it didn’t sound like himself at all and he didn’t know if he liked it. Her eyes grew big and she was in awe at his courage for coming out with this.



They kept walking. She sighed and got even 更多 nervous. He was beginning to think that he had made the wrong decision telling her, so he was nervous as well.



“I’m not in my right mind.” She finally worked up the courage to say. He looked at her confused. “What?” He asked. She took a deep breath and let it out. “You 说 nobody in their right mind would ever 爱情 you…I’m not in my right mind.” She repeated. “…you…love me?” He asked. “…y-yes.” She studdered. She was so nervous she was shaking.


They stopped under a big 树 and looked at eachother. “House, I was thinking last night and I realized that even though 你 are an 屁股 and make rude 评论 all the time…everything about 你 is what I originally liked in a man. That’s why we got together in college. All the men I have dated after 你 never worked out because I thaught I liked the nice, responsible, and rich type but really I liked the Gergory House type…” She 说 fastly. He smirked at her. "There is only one Gregory Hosue is the world.” He said. She was crying 由 now. She smiled between her tears and licked her salty teary lips.


“…so what do we do now?” He asked her. “…I think were supposed to 吻乐队（Kiss） now.” She 说 with a slight smile. “I’ve heard that once before…except for I blew 你 off and didn’t take that offer.” He reminded her. “Yeah…I remember.” She 说 facing him, getting close to him. They both had slight smiles on their faces. He gently put his hands on her waist and pulled her close to him. ‘Thank God I wore heels today.’ She thaught to herself because she didn’t have to stand on her tippy toes to reach him.


They’re lips met, softly and gently. They kissed calmly and then 更多 fastly. She wrapped her arms around his neck, moving them from his neck to his chest. His hands stayed on her waist, making sure she didn’t leave, the whole time. They stopped and caught their breath and looked into eachothers eyes.


“0 pain” He whispered to her making her smile and sigh happily. “100% love.” She whispered. They walked back to his room in silence, looking at eachother every now and then and smiling. They sat on his 床, 床上 and stared at eachother for the longest time.


“Well…I should be leaving. Gotta make sure the hospital didn’t burn down.” She 说 standing and putting on her over jacket. He stood and looked around his room. ‘Do I 吻乐队（Kiss） him?’ She asked herself. ‘Do I 吻乐队（Kiss） her?’ He asked himself. “…bye.” He 说 smiling. “Bye.” She turned slowly and slowly walked out of the room as House shook his head in irritation with himself. She swung around and ran twards him and kissed him passionatley and then walked out, leaving him shocked and very happy.
