Just occured to me...

Greece has this obsession with 猫 due to the number of stray 猫 in greece...That means that in other countries there aren't stray cats? Say 你 are walking in a normal neighbourhood, don't 你 see 猫 around? At least one?

It depends where, at my place, not only are there stray 猫 but there are a lot of stray dogs, too.

I was just going to say that too. That's right there are a lot of them here in the Philippines but I'm rather annoyed of the aggressive ones. Especially late at night when they start making noises (in unison) (a little creepy and annoying). (Sorry for being off-topic)

That's fine. I find it a bit annoying too but it can't be helped. They are 猫 and dogs, they don't actually know that they are disturbing us.
